"I ordered these boots in brown and black as I wasn't sure which colour would go with the outfit I wanted them for and ended up keeping both pairs because I love them so much.I have very thick calves and usually pay a lot of money for high leg boots to fit(when I can get them to fit which is rare) The buckle in these allow extra space at the top.When I opened them I thought I'd been sent the wrong size because they only looked about size six but they are a VERY comfortable size 9 and do not look it.I've worn both pairs on nights out and not only did I dance all night(without having to soak my feet in ice after) but I had loads of comments from close friends that they were so neat and classy(I wore them with leggings one night and a long skirt another night)The price was a steal(I got them on sale at £20 per pair) as far as I'm concerned and delivery was very fast. I'm thrilled to boots :)"

"I got a size 9 and it fit perfectly. Enough space to wear thick socks. It's not too narrow either. Shoe is really sturdy and comfortable. My calf measures 13.5inches and this is a lil loose on me but with the buckle it can be tightened but it's not super fitted. I think it took a lil over a week to arrive to Ireland. Overall, very happy and a reasonable price."

"i have had trouble with sizing with some boots, I don't have wide feet or wide calves so these boots were perfect I could tighten the top with an extra hole in the buckle and they were extremely comfy and look good."

"I am so happy with these boots, i was worried they might be to wide as i take a size 10.5 but i have a B width foot , anyway i ordered size 11, but i need not of worried, perfect feet with socks on. Got some great comments the first time i wore them!! bought these in both color ranges. Great price and value for money compared to what i have paid for boots in the past from other companies. i am glad i have found your website!"

"This is my third pair of soes / boots from your shop. They are perfect!! I am a size 11/12 and find it hard to buy womens shoes. I wear them all the time and these boots are so comfy. "I am a size 10 and it is invariably a difficult shoe size to have as a women! Big Shoe Boutique have, as ever, selected a beautiful boot here. The boot has a very subtle fashion to it. The buckles add a certain 'piratey / goth' sparkle to a very nicely structured boot. The straps aren't too big or small and even the sole and heel are sensibly styled. There is an unfortunately too common theme with women's larger boots of having to look either dowdy or 'fetish sexy'......not with these ones girls! :)
The heel is perfectly designed. It suits the look of the boot (i.e it isn't a block or wedge) and is set at a comfortable height suitable for comfy days out and about or dressed up evenings. The perfect middle! The sole too is lovely. It is well fitted to the boot and has no signs of coming away easily like some other boots I have purchased before.....a word of warning..... it is a little slippy on carpet....but then I always wanted to be an ice skater!!!!
The shoe size of the boot is spot on. It is so perfect that the moment I put them on they were comfortable enough to wear constantly AND didnt cause any pain, blisters or other horrible maladies. The width of the calf is also a brilliant size, especially for a tree trunked girl like me. The addition of a half length side zip and buckled belted top is a life saver. I defy anyone to not have a comfy fit around the leg with these boots!
The inner is as comfy as a pair of slippers and warm, not too warm, but literally cosy.
I am so pleased with these boots......ANOTHER pair of black heeled boots...... I think i'm an addict! But I reccomend these to everyone. £35 was the original price and THAT is a steal....if you find them later on in the sale, get them. They are an ultimate necessity to any wardrobe.
These boots really were made for walking.

"Now used to wearing non-comfortable shoes - thanks to shoe makers who tend to make ridiculous designs in ladies size 9, and if the design is trendy, then they put in killer heels. This pair of boots are not only trendy, it's about mid-heel, but felt like very low and wide heel. I had to check that it's actually got heels again and again after about 20 min walk the first time I wore it. Also, it's very comfortable in the true sense of the word. There's room for my toes. I hope to get another pair preferably in brown just in case I don't find any affordable winter boot in my size for the next few autumn/winter seasons. Maybe you should start doing trainers (I don't like the colour riot or ugly looking ones that come in 9. I've got a trendy 8 at the moment which unfortunately is not very comfortable). I hope it's longevity is as good as it is comfortable"

"They fit comfortably on the feet but are a little bit on the wide side around calves, if like me you have toned legs. Have had to put an extra hole in the top buckle to pull it in a bit more. Great with jeans though and have had lots of compliments."

"The foot of the boot fitted well but don't know how big they think our calves are - mine are pretty normal and was swimming on me! Same with a lot of the size 9+ shoes and boots tho I find. And why such high heels all the time?! At 5' 11" I don't need those extra 4 inches"
